That sticker is just the FCC number for the radio module--I'm required to add it for shipping but you can remove it. There's no serial number as such. A few people have attached a small piece of black felt below the vent hole in the mouthpiece with a piece of sticky velcro to absorb excess moisture....

If anyone else runs into issues it may also work to just "force-close" and app and restart it. I suspect it wasn't downloading the most recent content for some reason. The app itself is basically just a web browser so it doesn't have many updates, but I update the content regularly.

Sorry, just saw this. Yes, it doesn't seem to work to import settings from the original WARBL, as the messages they both use to communicate with the Config Tool are pretty different, so you do have to manually copy settings over.

Nice! The one thing you'll want to be careful of the WARBL2 (which I think I mentioned in the User Manual) is that button 3 isn't constantly pressed when it's in a case.
