Re: Enlarging finger holes
Sorry, I forgot to respond to this. I could send you the replacement button caps and light pipe if you'd like to disassemble it. I can theoretically enlarge the holes, but because it requires me to set up my CNC specifically for that it takes some time and wouldn't really be cost effective. Yes, the...

Re: How many?
Good questions-- there are just over 2000 of the original WARBL in the wild, so I'd say your chances of running into another one are pretty small. I believe most users a tin whistle or uilleann pipes players, so those are the realms where you're most likely to find another user. I don't have anyone ...

Re: WARBL2 - finger articulation
Okay, thanks for the question. I don't have time to make a video at the moment but I do definitely intend to make one about the IMU and hopefully breath mapping as well (the breath mapping is the same as on the original WARBL, although we are able to read the sensor at higher resolution now, so the ...

New WARBL2 Forum
I added a new forum for WARBL2-specific questions (at the bottom of the forum list). I expect there will be questions, particularly about BLE and using the IMU.

Re: WARBL2 - finger articulation
Just to make sure I understand, are you referring to settings for fingering (as per your subject line) or breath, or both? I have some experience with whistle but not pipes so I'm probably not the best person to compare/contrast. In terms of whistle, I think breath will be much easier than a bag for...

Re: Lag using iPhone and Airpods
That's very interesting about the hearing aids-- I'd heard of the new low-latency hearings aids and headphones but haven't had any direct experience with them.

Re: WARBL 1.5?
This was definitely one of the options I considered but I decided that it would have to cost as much as the WARBL itself and would use a lot more power because of the USB requirement. So, it's unlikely that I'll do something like that. My apologies!

Re: WARBL 2 - iOS app
Yes, the existing iOS app works with the WARBL2. If you open it now without having your original WARBL connected, you should see the new controls for the WARBL2-- they are just hidden if you have an original WARBL connected. Does that answer your question? Regarding the fingerings, the new version h...
