That sounds very workable. A little rocker lever much like a sax valve but with a mirror or whatever reflectivity is needed. If the reflective surface would tilt, perhaps by being on a wedge of foam, then it would go from reflecting to the sensor to reflecting away from it. I'll try to have a go at ...

Got it. Thanks for the explanation. I plan to compile in the EWI chart that gonzoB posted a while back. Please keep in mind the idea of tilt sensor plug-in for the bell sensor which we discussed in email. That would be very useful for controlling things like saxophone growl.

How about a feature that would load the fingering chart as a text file, compile it on the server, and load it into a special reserved custom keyboard slot in the WARBL? Is there a way to narrow the exit port or otherwise restrict the airflow out of the vented mouthpiece? I find the air volume needed to be a bit higher than I'd prefer.

Is there any chance that an attachment using fiber optics or mirrors could wrap around the WARB body to extend the R4 sensor to the side, left or right? Even if it lost resolution and could detect only touch/no-touch it would be very helpful. In the current location it is very hard to reach. This ma...
