I would look at one of the cross-platform DAWs that runs on Android, such as ZenBeats or Audio Evolution. These have virtual synths and MIDI CC control. With some tweaking I suspect either of these could be made to work.

Thanks. I don't think CV is needed to control ZOIA. The ZOIA has a (TRS) MIDI connection and each parameter can be modulated by MIDI CC.
