That is correct, I feel like the range is bit too low in comparison to real instrument. It would be great if the maximum could achieve the next note, or close to it.

You can do that with FluidSynth

Just connect your WARBL, configure FluidSynth to play the instrument you like, put your music player and enjoy.

FluidSynth have an option to configure the volume (Gain) at settings. Feel free to use the volume you consider necessary for your music.

At least, Fluidsynth app works fantastic to me. Make sure to enable BT MIDI option first, then select the instrument
Even better than cable, as my cable sometimes gets disconnected by movement at warbl or phone.
