Re: Arduino IDE usage problems
Just to confirm, it’s the Adafruit AVR installation that you need, not the Arduino AVR one (which is installed by default). I just looked online a bit and couldn’t find an alternate location where it might have put the Adafruit boards package, but I’ll continue to research that. When I get home in a...

Re: Arduino IDE usage problems
I’m away from home so I’m not able to check on my machine, but I believe the newest version of the IDE puts the Adafruit packages in a different location—you may have to search for Adafruit to find it.

Re: WARBL not detected
This is a long shot, but you don’t happen to live very close the ocean, do you? The one time I’ve seen this was when the USB port on the WARBL had become corroded by salty air. In any case, I’m happy to replace both WARBLs. Unfortunately I’m away from home at the moment so it will take me a bit of t...

Re: WARBL not detected
Interesting-- if you have two WARBLs and the same thing recently started happening on both, this would seem to point toward the cable. Did it start happening on both WARBLs at the same time?

Re: WARBL not detected
Hi Iris, If you wiggle the various connections, does the LED on the WARBL ever flash again? That would indicate a poor connection. One thing you try would be to connect to a PC or Mac instead, just to verify that the issue isn't with the adapter. What MIDI app are you using for the sound? It's possi...

Re: Covering holes.
Hi, have you tried recalibrating the sensors? If that doesn’t help feel free to send me an email and we’ll get it sorted out. Thanks!

Re: Warble dimensions?
Hi,
The body of the WARBL is approximately 8 1/2" long by 5/8" in diameter. The mouthpiece is approximately 2 5/8" long but slides on to the body of the WARBL around 3/4" so the total length with the mouthpiece installed is roughly 10 3/8".

Re: Lag using iPhone and Airpods
Hi David, sorry for the delayed reply, but as you discovered Bluetooth audio does have a lot of latency. There have been some advances in just the last year or two, but I think the latency is still too high to use with live music. So, we're stuck with wired headphones/speakers for now .

Re: random notes
Are you using a bag or mouthpiece with the WARBL? If you are using the bag, you do need to be sure to use the “Learn or enter pressure” option and set the pressure high enough so that sound won’t be triggered when you’re not squeezing the bag. If you’re using the mouthpiece, you should use the “Cali...

Re: Vacillating between octaves
Hi, Sorry to hear about this! I'm not sure if the octave issue and the rattle are related, but the rattle concerns me as there shouldn't be any loose parts in there. Are you located in the U.S.? If so, would you be able to send it back to me so I can take a look? If you're located outside the U.S. I...
