Thumb Register Isn't Working

Hi, I'm having an issue where after I select the "Thumb Register" radio button in the "Note Trigger and Register Control" section I can only play the notes on the upper octave but covering the thumb hole doesn't let me play the notes on the lower octave (it still plays the upper octave). Do you know why this might be happening?

Hi, which fingering chart are you using? That affects how the thumb register setting behaves.

Are you using v. 1.8 of the firmware? I just tested it here and it seems to be working, but there might be something with your settings.

Does the "light" for your thumb down in the calibration panel turn blue when you cover that hole, as you would expect?

If you could attach a screenshot of your settings, that might help me too.

Thanks so much for your help! The issue was that I hadn't calibrated the thumb sensor when I auto-calibrated upon first getting the WARBL.
It is working properly now!
