I've been communicating with the maker, and I submit that Swedish bagpipes and Welsh bagpipes might be options that would appeal to players other than just me:
– Swedish: lots of players since Seth Hamon started making affordable cast-resin sets about a decade ago, and with its minor key options offers a useful palette of notes.
– Welsh: not remotely as popular as Swedish (though I am talking to some pipers about getting some affordable plastic sets going), but would be a really useful option as the fingering is very similar to the D tinwhistle for Irish. Also offers some variety in that there's a tradition of tuning the drone to E and playing in E Dorian mode
Anyone else been pondering those same possibilities, or feels they would use them if those fingering systems were added?
Anyone interested in Swedish bagpipe or Welsh bagpipe options?

Just to confirm, säckpipa fingering is available in the new v2.0 firmware, and there's also the ability to create custom fingering charts, which I believe should cover the Welsh bagpipes.
