Issue with Configuration Tool

Hello everyone

I don't know if this might be a bug so If this is not the right place to post the problem please just let me know.

From the past days, the configuration tool won't detect my Warbl. However it is detected by Kontakt and Universal Piper. I’ve refreshed the page several times, both in my PC and my laptop (just in case) with no results. I also re-installed the firmware, checked the USB cable and tried a different USB port but still the issue remains. The only thing I have not tried is installing the drivers, since I'm using Windows 10.

Any ideas?

Hi Carlos,

Could you please force-refresh the Configuration Tool page (hold down Ctrl and press F5)? I was having the same issue but I believe it's fixed now. It seems that they made a change in a recent Chrome update that was causing an error in connecting to WARBL. Sorry about that! Just let me know if it still isn't working.
