Black or dark blue liquid from mouthpiece

I just got my Warbl today, and after 20-30 minutes of playing it with the vented mouthpiece, a big black or dark blue drop of fluid/condensate dripped down from the vent hole.I rinsed out the mouthpiece and rubber stopper, and so far I haven't seen any more colored liquid. Anyone else have this experience, and is this stuff toxic? Very strange!

Sorry about that, and thanks for bringing it to my attention-- the mouthpieces are made using the Multijet Fusion process, which involves sintering powdered nylon with a laser. The manufacturer then uses compressed air to clean excess powder from the passages and then dyes and rinses the parts. Occasionally a small amount of powder remains in the passages and traps some excess dye. Both the plastic and the dye are medical/food grade and totally nontoxic, and the mouthpiece should be fine now that you've rinsed it. I'll ask the manufacturer to try to do a more thorough job of removing all the powder in the future.
