WARBL PC Problem
I have been using my WARBL for a couple of years with no issue. Recently I have not been able to get it to work
I am using a Windows 10 PC with Sforzando ver 1.978(x64) and ASIO4ALL ver .2.16 low latency audio driver. My sound card is a Sound Blaster Audigy 5RX.
The WARBL firmware is rev 2.1.
The configure WARBL Web page shows the 8 finger holes and I can see the blue light for each hole as I cover each hole.
The Sforzando piano keyboard plays the correct sound corresponding to the sf2 Instrument imported when I press each key with my PC cursor
When I put my fingers on the WARBL and blow nothing happens.
The USB cable seems good as the LED on the WARBL flashes when USB connected, and no flashing if I wiggle the cable.
ASIO4ALL installed on the Program files (x86) path which is 32 Bit
sforzando installed on the Program files /plogue /sforzando
Also my WARBL does not work with Universal Piper. App
Any ideas as how to proceed?

Re: WARBL PC Problem
The fact that the WARBL is still connecting to the Configuration Tool is a good sign-- that means that it's working properly and is still being recognized by the PC as a MIDI device.
When you go into the Tools > Preferences menu in SForzando, do you see the WARBL listed as an "Input MIDI device"? If so, are you able to select it?
As you are probably aware, Windows will only allow one app at a time to connect to a MIDI device, so if you've had the WARBL connected to the Configuration Tool you'll have to completely close your web browser before opening another MIDI app like SForzando. Otherwise the WARBL won't be available.
One more thing-- when you are connected to the Configuration Tool and you play some notes on the WARBL, do you see the note names appear in the "MIDI Note" readout near the top? If not, maybe some setting has gotten changed so that the WARBL isn't actually sending notes. A common example is when the air pressure calibration is set high so that you have to blow too hard to trigger notes.
If none of that helps let me know and I'll try to research other possibilities. It's possible something changed on the PC like a USB driver, but I don't think that's the case if you're able to connect to the Config Tool.

my responses are :

Yes, it is listed as Input MIDI device, and I can select it.
One more thing-- when you are connected to the Configuration Tool and you play some notes on the WARBL, do you see the note names appear in the "MIDI Note" readout near the top?
If you are taking about the WARBL configuration page> I cannot see any notes in "MIDI Note" readout near the top.
If not, maybe some setting has gotten changed so that the WARBL isn't actually sending notes. A common example is when the air pressure calibration is set high so that you have to blow too hard to trigger notes.
I used the Reset the Factory settings buttons, and it did not help.
I removed the rubber bung in the mouthpiece /WARBL body to clean a replace it a few weeks ago. Could that be a problem?

Re: WARBL PC Problem
It shouldn't have caused a problem to replace the stopper. It sounds like the WARBL is connected to all the apps fine but isn't sending any notes.
If you blow into the mouthpiece when connected to the Config Tool, do you see the pressure change in the pressure readout (or the pressure graph)? If not then there could potentially be an issue with the pressure sensor.

I don't see any pressure readout or graph showing pressure changes. Can you tell me exactly where I should look on the configuration page

Re: WARBL PC Problem
I found the Pressure & Graph button on the Advanced trigger & Register control. No values appeared or changed.
Re: WARBL PC Problem
Okay, thanks—it sounds like there must be an issue with the pressure sensor, and I’ll either repair the WARBL or replace it. Could you please send me an email at info(at)warbl.xyz?
Thanks!
