Transpose: Semitone shift up/down

It would be nice to have an option with the buttons to transpose on the fly, i.e. semitone shift up/down in addition to the octave shift up/down currently provided.
I would probably the "Long press 1" and "Long press 3" actions to trigger this - and maybe that should even be the default action since there is currently no default action for those.
