That's strange. I do use LibreWolf (Firefox fork) and works fine for me without extra configurations.

No idea if Snap uses a permission manager like Flatpak, but if that's the case, it might have some restrictions to access certain features like MIDI devices.

Using system packages like Deb/RPM should overcome those limitations.
