Changing Settings While Using Bluetooth Le

At first I had no idea what the problem was and how I created it. It all started when I noticed notes hanging in Celtic Sounds and not in other apps on my iPhone. I looked at what midi was doing in MidiFlow and I noticed that the slightest touch of the bag sent midi but this was not triggering any notes. So I tried increasing the pressure and it didn't make any difference. https://photos.app.goo.gl/JZa6fuo7qSkpodSv9 After rebooting, deleting config app and Celtic sounds with no resolution I went to another iPhone and everything was ok using bluetooth le. Then I noticed that after I changed settings the problem with Celtic sounds was recreated. I also noticed that other midi apps could control Celtic Sounds ok but not the WARBL. I then went to see what would happen if I used usb to the iPhone and found everything worked great. No midi was being sent with the slightest touch of the bag. I then went back to BTLE connection, reopened the apps and everything worked again. So if anybody else gets this problem, the solution is too reset by using a wired connection and then go back to BTLE.

Interesting, I'm not sure why Celtic Sounds wouldn't be responding, but if WARBL has been connected to the Config Tool since it has been powered on, it will be sending CC messages with the pressure and fingering pattern information, so those might be what you were seeing (if there's any change in pressure at all, or any change in the fingering pattern, it will send a CC). To stop sending these, you just have to unplug WARBL and plug it in again. Most apps will ignore them, so it shouldn't normally be an issue. Maybe you had changed a setting that was causing WARBL to send notes out of the range to which Celtic Sounds responds? I haven't noticed any difference between Bluetooth and a wired connection so far.

Still having issues with the conf tool and Celtic sounds on ios and pretty much settled on just connecting the cable and not using BTLE for those. They both work fine with cable. Celtic sounds is not recognized in Cubasis either. Funky development tool for ios music app. No problems with all my others.
