New features in the Configuration Tool.

Many thanks to Michael Eskin to adding two new features to the Configuration Tool (and cleaning up lots of my code 
).
You can now import and export settings for any one of the three instruments, saving them for later, or sharing them with friends. This feature is available on the web version, not in the WARBL iOS app.
You can also now display a graph of the mouthpiece/bag pressure over time (available on all platforms).
