WARBL iOS app now works without internet

I owe a big thanks to Jesse Chappell and Michael Eskin for a new update to the WARBL iOS app. You now only need an internet connection the first time you run the app. This allows WARBL players to use the Configuration Tool “off the grid”. The new version (1.1) is available for download in the app store:
