Best MIDI App for Low Whistle

Hi, I've come across several apps for tin whistle, but haven't really seen anything for a good low whistle. Any suggestions?

You could try Thumbjam-- it has low whistle in addition to lots of other instruments. As you are probably aware, in many apps like Celtic Sounds you can also transpose down one octave, but the whistle does begin to sound a bit odd when you do that.
