Is it possible to let one of Warbl's buttons be an on/off toggle switch for the '2nd Voice' in Universal Piper?

Yes, definitely. If you go to the "MIDI" tab in Universal Piper, it lists all of the options that can be controlled with MIDI messages. In that list you'll find "2nd Voice Active". If you select that you can that have UPiper "learn" whatever MIDI command you send with a WARBL button, or you can manually select either CC or "Note" and then whatever CC or Note On/Note Off command you'd like to use. Then you'd assign that command to a button using the WARBL Configuration Tool (or the WARBL app). Just let me know if you'd like clarification/elaboration.

Your instructions are right on the money! I can now toggle on/toggle off U-Piper's 2nd Voice with button #2.
