Disabling the Bottom Hole

Post by jwatson »

Is there any way to effectively disable the Warbl's bottom hole? I play the whistle and only use the upper six holes. When playing an acoustic whistle I rest my right/lower hand pinky on the whistle for stability. Unfortunately, when playing the Warbl I find that the natural resting place of my finger clips the bottom hole, affecting the pitch of the note.

Yes, if you look at the bottom of the "Vibrato and Slide" panel in the Configuration Tool, you can select the vibrato holes by clicking on them. If you deselect the second one from the right (the right-most one is the bell sensor), it should turn off vibrato for that hole.

Thanks for the quick response - that did the trick, no more messy notes when I rest my finger.
