Connection issues
Re: Connection issues
There actually may be a USB-C upgrade in the works . In the meantime, I’d be happy to send you a new WARBL because it seems that this is the result of an issue with the USB port. Could you send me an email and we’ll go from there? Thanks!

Oh man! That USB-C would be huge! The email at the bottom of your signature the best one?
Re: Connection issues
I am having connection issues between Warbl2 and an iPhone. I works fine using either the USB cable or Bluetooth on an Intel MacBook Pro, but not with iOS now. I initially was able to connect Warbl2 to the Celtic Sounds iOS app on my iPhone, but now I am unable to do it. I have tried BLE-MIDI, MIDI Wrench, and midimittr, and each case when I turn on the Warbl it shows in the connection app briefly and then disappears. I can not get it to connect anymore. How do I fix this?
Re: Connection issues
One thing to be aware of is that if you've connected the WARBL more than one device, it will try to reconnect to the most recently connected one first. So, you might try turning Bluetooth off on your MacBook to make sure the WARBL doesn't connect to it. If the LED on the WARBL flashes blue when you turn it on, that means it is connecting to some device. It can only connect to one at a time, so if it connects to your MacBook it will no longer advertise and won't connect to anything else.
If that's not the issue, you can try going into your iPhone Bluetooth settings and "forget" the WARBL. That will usually solve miscellaneous connection problems.

Re: Connection issues
Turning off MacBook BT worked. Then on my iPhone I connected WARBL with BLE-MIDI and it then was able to control the Celtic Sounds app. Thank you, Andrew!
