HI,
I'm trying to use the WARBL along with a keyboard MIDI controller. I'm experiencing an issue where after I play a note with the WARBL, the keyboard controller won't produce sound anymore. I think it has something to do with the WARBL bring the CC data to 0 so that when I press a key on my keyboard controller the volume is silent. If I play a note on the WARBL and while I blow into the WARB I press a key on the keyboard, then the key makes a noise. But it is ONLY audible as long as I blow into the WARBL.
Do you have any ideas for fixing this?
Thanks!
Using WARBL with Another Controller Issue
Re: Using WARBL with Another Controller Issue
Hi, are you using WARBL to control a CC in the "expression" panel? If you are, WARBL is sending a CC based on pressure, so that CC drops to a minimum value when you stop blowing. For example, if you are sending CC 7, most MIDI devices interpret that as volume, so WARBL will be turning the volume down at the end of every note. You could turn that off or try sending the CC on a different channel to see if your keyboard stops responding to it.
